RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Final Due to the handmade and curated nature of our products, KarmasKornerJewelry does not offer cash refunds. All sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
2. Exchanges We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us through our website or email KarmasKornerJewelry@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the exchange.
3. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a fair and satisfactory resolution. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out. If you contact me after 30-days no exchange or store credit will be given. Notify me of any issues before 30-days for an exchange or store credit. If it something that is from not caring for or breaking the product you will be responsible for shipping it back to me. If it’s something on my part or doing I will pay for shipping.
4. Non-Eligible Items The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
- Items returned without prior communication or approval.
- Items returned after the 30-day exchange window.
5. Care Responsibility All products are sold with care instructions. KarmasKornerJewelry is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or neglect of care guidelines.
